YPW Series

The YPW steel belt cooler is composed of cooling rollers, a stainless-steel conveyor, a crusher, and a cooling water spraying system. The cooling water spraying system is used to cool down the stainless steel belt.

The hot-melt materials from the extruder are squeezed into a thin sheet with a thickness of 1-2mm by the cooling rollers, and cooled down on the stainless steel conveyor to normal temperature, then crushed into chips and discharged.
